Mortgage enquiries

On receipt of your mortgage enquiry, your Mortgage Broker / Adviser will send you an Initial Disclosure Document, which outlines the key facts of the service that will be provided by them.

All recommendations should be provided to you in writing. All advice should be provided in plain English. Do not hesitate to ask any questions of your Mortgage Broker / Adviser. They work for you and by law must have your best interests at heart.

A fee may be payable for the mortgage advice. If so this can only be charged after your prior agreement.

Our introducer panel of Mortgage Brokers / Advisers has been selected to ensure that you receive simple, fast and effective mortgage advice.

You will be notified which company has been allocated to deal with your by e-mail, prior to an initial contact by your adviser. Please be sure to check your e-mail regularly.

YOUR HOME IS AT RISK IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP PAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR OTHER LOAN SECURED ON IT.
